Travel to the Isle of Harris
Harris is remote and wild, but travel is easy to arrange – by air or by sea.

Caledonian MacBrayne operate the ferries which run from-

Uig (Skye) to Tarbert (Harris)
Berneray (N Uist) to Leverburgh (Harris)
Ullapool to Stornoway (Lewis).

There are flights to and from Stornoway airport (Lewis) from Glasgow, Edinburgh,
Inverness, Aberdeen, Benbecula and Barra.

Flights are operated by British airways (Loganair), Eastern Airways and Highland Airways. More details can be found here:

Road Equivalent Tariff (RET) - Ferry fares from Uig to Tarbert (Harris) will be halved by the Scottish Government from October 2008. Click links below for more information:
